Inspect and estimate

We review the visible condition, surface type, access, repair boundaries, and finish expectations. Photos can help identify the likely scope, but the written estimate controls the work.

• Define the finish boundary in writing

Protect and prepare

Furniture, floors, fixtures, openings, and adjacent surfaces are protected as the project requires. Preparation is matched to the coating or repair system instead of treated as a generic step.

• Mask and cover nearby surfaces
• Clean, sand, scrape, caulk, or prime as scoped
• Stage tools and materials to reduce disruption

Repair and finish

Drywall repair, texture, primer, and paint are completed in the sequence the project requires. The goal is a controlled finish that reads consistently under normal lighting.

• Complete approved repair and prep work
• Blend texture and prime repaired areas
• Apply the specified paint system and sheen

Walk through and close

We compare the completed work with the agreed scope, identify any approved touch-ups, and leave the customer with a clear closeout rather than an unclear finish line.

• Confirm closeout and next steps
